Our association's leadership learned from Senior Executive Coach Eugene Schnell, PhD, that encouragement does matter.
We learned that though 50% of managers said they recognize high performance, 33% of workers said they are NEVER recognized for good work.
And even though 60% of workers said they needed encouragement to perform at their best, 95% said they perform at higher levels when they receive encouragement.
