You already know that you can upload your company's or organization's videos to YouTube and link to them from your website, blog, Twitter posts, etc. But you can also present a more polished image by creating your own YouTube channel.
With a channel, you create and customize a YouTube web page with just your videos and content. You then customize the web page to match your website or corporate identity colors.
To create a channel, you first have to sign up for a free YouTube account. Once you've done that, just go to Account and select Edit Channel. From there, you can start customizing your video web page.
