4 possible indicators of an uncoachable

In his article How to Spot the "Uncoachables", Marshall Goldsmith provides four possible indicators of why someone may be uncoachable:

  1. They don't think they have a problem.
  2. They are pursuing the wrong strategy for the organization.
  3. They're in the wrong job.
  4. They think everyone else is the problem.
So what is Marshall's advice in cases like these? "Save time, skip the heroic measures, and move on. These are arguments you can't ever win."
