A quick way to launch programs and open documents

With Qliner, you can create hotkey combinations to launch applications and open documents. There are a lot of other programs that can do this too, but the problem is you have to remember the key combinations.

What makes Qliner unique is that you have a quick, visual way to see your hotkey combinations. You simply hold down the Windows key for 5 seconds--the one with the wavy flag on it between the CTRL and Alt keys--and an image of the keyboard appears with little icons on the keys. The icons indicate which program will launch when you press the Windows key and that particular key. Of course all keys are easily reconfigurable if you don't care for the default choices.

Here is what you see when you hold down the Windows key for 5 seconds. I can tell, for example, that if I hold down the Windows key and type the letter "i", Qliner will launch Internet Explorer.
