Amit at Digital Inspiration tells us how to apply some neat and instant specials effects to images using Microsoft PowerPoint. All you do is insert a graphic in PowerPoint, go to the Format menu, and then choose a special effect under Picture Effects.
After creating an effect, right click on the image and choose Save as Picture... to export and save the image.
