Ben Parr at Mashable tells you HOW TO: Integrate Facebook, Twitter, and Buzz into Your Gmail. I've tried it and it works very nicely. Once you're set up and logged into Gmail, you can read or write tweets or Facebook posts all from within Gmail. And best of all, you don't have to log into Twitter and Facebook when you access them from within Gmail.
